In the frame of arrangements that increase effectiveness of justice, judges’ training and their study of international values on human rights are always in the focus of attention.
Project on “Spectacilized court-session training for judges, prosecutors and lawyers” has been carried out by the Judicial-Legal Council together with OSCE Baku Office.
Trainings about “Practical issues of implementation of international standards concerning to justice”, “Right to fair trail” and “Criminal trail” which were held by Chief Justice of appeal court of Colmar city (France) Mr. Jean Jacques Heintz, norwegian judge Mr. Jan M. Olsen, legal expert of OSCE Baku Office Mr. Helge Kaasboell and other local experts were listened by jurists and went on with productive discussions.
The reason for holding of trainings in format of spectacilized court-session is for learning of international standarts implementation within justice .
